This Privacy Policy applies to all users of VaryForge (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), which provides core functions including image stylization, image-to-video generation, AI dance effect production, and AI clothing replacement. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect and manage user data when you access and use our services.
By installing, accessing or using the App and our related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please stop using our services immediately.
1. Data We Process
To deliver the core AI visual creation functions of the App, we only process the following data actively uploaded or generated by users, and strictly limit the scope of data processing to service provision purposes:
1.1 User Uploaded Content
Images, photos, videos and other visual materials that you actively upload to the App for processing, including materials used for image stylization, AI dance synthesis, AI clothing replacement and video generation. All uploaded materials are only used for the real-time rendering and generation of the AI services you initiate.
1.2 Generated Content
New images, stylized pictures, AI dance videos, clothing replacement effect videos and other works automatically generated by our AI model based on your uploaded materials.
1.3 Anonymous Non-Identifiable Data
We may collect anonymous, non-personal and non-identifiable technical data to optimize App operation, fix system bugs and improve AI model effects, including App running logs, function usage frequency, device basic parameter tags (without any personal identification information) and crash feedback data. Such data cannot be associated with any individual user identity.
We do not actively collect any sensitive personal data, including but not limited to user names, contact information, identity labels, location information, address book data and other private information irrelevant to the core service functions.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
All user data we process is only used for the following legitimate and necessary purposes, and no excessive processing will be conducted:
- To execute the service agreement and complete the AI visual creation functions you apply for, including image stylization, image-to-video conversion, AI dance effect synthesis and AI clothing replacement rendering;
- To maintain the normal, stable and safe operation of the App, diagnose and repair technical faults;
- To optimize AI algorithm models, upgrade service functions and improve user experience;
- To verify user operation legitimacy and prevent illegal or abusive use of our services.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure (Core Commitment)
NO THIRD-PARTY DATA SHARING. This is our core and permanent privacy commitment:
We will never sell, rent, trade, disclose or share any of your uploaded content, generated works and user-related data with any external third-party individuals, organizations or institutions for any commercial or non-commercial purposes, under any circumstances.
No user data involved in the use of this App will be transmitted, provided or leaked to any third-party platform, service provider or partner. All data processing of the App is independently completed in our authorized service environment, and no third party is granted any access, acquisition or usage right of user data.
The only exception is mandatory requirements stipulated by universally applicable legal rules, where we may disclose relevant data in compliance with legal procedures, and we will strictly limit the disclosure scope to the legally required minimum range.
4. Data Storage & Protection
4.1 Data Storage Rules
User uploaded original materials and AI-generated works will only be temporarily stored in our system during the service processing period to complete real-time rendering. After you complete the download and save of the finished work or abandon the task, the relevant original and temporary data will be automatically and permanently cleared by the system within a short period. We will not reserve your creative materials and works without your explicit authorization.
Anonymous technical operation data will be stored in encrypted form and regularly cleaned up, and cannot be used to identify individual users.
4.2 Data Security Measures
We adopt industry-standard encryption technologies, secure access mechanisms and system monitoring measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering, loss and abuse. We strictly implement internal data management specifications to restrict employee access to user data, and all operation behaviors are recorded and supervised.
5. User Rights
You have the full right to control your creative content and data:
- Right of Use: You own all legal rights to the AI-generated works created through your active operation of the App;
- Right of Deletion: You can delete local cached materials and generated works in the App at any time, and we will synchronously clear relevant temporary data on the server side;
- Right of Termination: You may stop using the App services at any time, and we will no longer process your relevant data accordingly;
- Right of Inquiry: You can contact us to inquire about our data processing rules and non-user-identifiable operation data.
6. Service for Minors
Our App is suitable for users of all age groups. We do not actively collect any personal information of minor users. If minors use our services, they shall do so under the supervision and guidance of their guardians. We will strictly protect the data security of all minor users in accordance with this policy.
7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update and adjust this Privacy Policy according to service iteration and industry rule updates. The updated policy will be displayed on the App official page or service interface, and the revised content will take effect immediately after publication. Your continued use of the App after the update constitutes your acceptance of the latest policy terms.
