This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the operator of VaryForge (hereinafter referred to as the "App").
By downloading, installing, accessing or using the App and all related functions including but not limited to image stylization, image-to-video generation, AI dance effect production and AI clothing replacement, you fully confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any clause of this Agreement, please immediately uninstall the App and stop using all our services.
1. Service Description
The App provides users with intelligent AI visual creation tools, including but not limited to one-click image style conversion, static image to dynamic video generation, AI human dance synthesis, AI virtual clothing replacement and other related visual effect production services. All functions are provided for personal and non-commercial creative use by default unless we grant explicit commercial authorization.
We reserve the right to optimize, upgrade, adjust or suspend partial or all service functions according to product iteration, technical update and operation requirements, without prior notice to users, provided that such changes will not significantly damage users’ legitimate accumulated rights and interests.
2. Account and User Eligibility
This App does not require mandatory account registration and real-name authentication. Users can directly use most core AI creation functions after opening the App.
You confirm that you have the capacity to use our services legally. If you use this App under the age of majority, you shall use the services under the supervision and consent of your guardian, and the guardian shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities for your use behavior.
You agree not to use our services for illegal, obscene, infringing, abusive or any improper purposes, and shall bear all legal liabilities arising from your improper operation.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 App Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights of the App are exclusively owned by us, including but not limited to source code, algorithm model, software program, interface design, text description, logo, graphic design and all functional technologies of the App. No user may copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disseminate, sell or commercially use any part of our intellectual property without our written explicit authorization.
3.2 User Generated Content
For all images, videos and creative works generated by users through independent operation and use of the App’s AI functions (hereinafter referred to as "User Generated Content/UGC"), the user holds the legitimate usage rights of the finished works.
You promise that the original materials you upload (including photos, images and videos) are legally owned or legally used by you, and will not upload any content that infringes the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights and other legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
You agree that we may use anonymous, non-identifiable UGC data for AI model optimization, algorithm iteration and service improvement. Such use will not involve the disclosure of user personal information and will not be used for commercial release or third-party sharing.
4. User Code of Conduct
When using the App services, you shall voluntarily abide by all applicable universal network rules and legal norms, and you undertake not to engage in the following prohibited behaviors:
- Upload, generate or disseminate violent, pornographic, illegal, discriminatory, threatening, abusive, harmful or morally inappropriate content;
- Use the App to forge information, impersonate others, infringe the portrait right, copyright, privacy right and other legitimate rights of any third party;
- Carry out reverse cracking, secondary development, data crawling, malicious attack on the App system and server;
- Use the App’s AI creation functions for commercial profit, illegal marketing and illegal transaction behaviors without our official authorization;
- Use plug-ins, scripts, third-party auxiliary tools to cheat, interfere with or damage the normal operation of the App;
- Other behaviors that violate public order and good customs or violate relevant legal provisions.
If you violate the above provisions, we have the right to directly restrict, suspend or terminate your use of the App services, and reserve the right to pursue your legal liabilities for all losses caused thereby.
5. Data and Privacy Protection
Your use of the App services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. All data collection, processing, storage and protection rules shall be subject to the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
We solemnly promise that we will never share, sell or disclose your user data and creative content to any third party in any form, which is an indispensable core clause of this Agreement.
6. Service Disclaimer
The App provides AI visual creation services based on existing artificial intelligence algorithms and network technologies. We guarantee the normal operation of daily services, but do not guarantee that the service will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, fault-free or fully accurate.
Due to objective factors including but not limited to network failure, system maintenance, equipment abnormality, force majeure and third-party network environment problems, service interruption, data delay or generation failure may occur. We will try our best to repair and optimize it in a timely manner, but will not bear any direct or indirect losses caused by the above factors.
You shall be solely responsible for all risks and results arising from your independent creation and use of UGC works. We shall not be liable for any disputes, infringements and losses caused by user’s unauthorized uploading and improper use of content.
7. Termination of Service
We have the right to permanently or temporarily suspend or terminate the service qualification of users who violate this Agreement, abuse functions or use services for illegal purposes.
You may stop using the App services at any time. After you stop using the services, this Agreement will automatically terminate, except for the intellectual property protection, disclaimer and data confidentiality clauses which shall remain valid permanently.
8. Agreement Update
We reserve the right to revise and update this Agreement according to product iteration and service adjustment needs. The updated agreement will be displayed on the App interface or official page, and will take effect immediately after publication. Your continued use of the App after the update of the agreement means that you accept the revised terms.
